This new Trax is powered by a 1.2L turbocharged engine, capable of providing 137 horsepower. A comfortable ride is provided due to a longer wheelbase and widening the vehicle compared to the previous generation. Rear seat legroom has increased by 3-inches and the maximum cargo space has increased by 12%. Because of the adjustments to the wheelbase and a lower platform, the new Trax feels lighter to drive.
Your Trax will keep you protected with Chevrolet Safety Assist1 standard on all trims, which includes Automatic Emergency Braking, Front Pedestrian Braking, Lane Keep Assist with Lane Departure Warning, Forward Collision Alert, IntelliBeam and Following Distance Indicator. A HD Rear Vision Camera also comes standard on all trims to offer better visibility when reversing.
