Service Consultant

Automotive Service Technicians, inspect, diagnose, repair, service mechanical, and electronic systems and components of cars, and light trucks. We are looking for individuals for the following automotive technician roles:

  • Apprentice Motor Vehicle Technician

    • Front-End & Alignment Technician
    • Electrical & Drivability Technician

The Auto Body Repair Technician will professionally repair collision damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition.  We have an opening for a detail-oriented, skilled individual who will perform frame measurement and frame pull repairs to manufacturer specifications, replace painted body panels such as bumper covers, fenders, hood, and professionally section-in quarter panels, roofs, and rocker panels. This position also involves performing metal dent repairs.

For this position, we are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic and passionate about serving guests.  The Service Consultant provides an exceptional customer experience by:  greeting the guest, performing a vehicle walk-around, generating a repair order and reviewing complimentary alignment check results and vehicle history to ensure scheduled maintenance is current.  Communicating with the customer throughout the service visit, through text, video, or phone, ensures customer confidence.

We are looking for individuals who are friendly, outgoing, spirited and have professional sales experience (for example, hospitality, retail sales), technological skills, good communication and writing skills, and have the capacity to embrace the continually changing innovations in the industry both in product and customer expectations.

When a customer has determined that they wish to purchase a specific vehicle, the Business Manager arranges for the appropriate finance or lease credit approval, provides a product demonstration of insurances or Protection Plans and prepares the legal paperwork for the vehicle.

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented lot attendant to maintain our dealership’s vehicle inventory and lot.  The lot attendant will receive, check, and report any deficiencies or damage of new shipments and ensure that new, used, wholesale, sold and ready for delivery vehicles are parked in designated lot areas. Application of a thief deterrent product and window pricing/option stickers are applied to all vehicles by this individual.

This individual works with the marketing team to capture engaging content, scheduling posts and appropriate audiences throughout social media platforms. The Digital Marketing Expert plans and creates blogs, newsletters and email campaign distribution related to the dealership’s monthly marketing focus as well as analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of each imitative.

The Appointment Co-ordinator schedules all customers for their service visits.  The contact could be inbound from the customer based on a specific need, outbound based on scheduled maintenance and relevant specials or possible manufacturer recalls.  Correspondence is also completed through email.

We are looking for a Saturday receptionist. As this individual is the front-line “face” of the dealership, we are looking for an enthusiastic person to welcome and direct customers both on the phone and in-person.
